The best hotel ever? I think so. Old and stuck in the epoch: yes Modern and contemporary: yes I love this balancing act between modern and traditional. It just fits. It is authentic. An elevator to the floors with a sofa. And then a wellness area completely on the most modern standard. I could still present so many very good differences that are just coherent. This hotel unites modernity and dazzling past to a degree unknown to me in D. Please continue to do so many generations and my sweetheart and I will always come back to recover. Thank you for the great service, your commitment and the modern living yesterday.

Excellent food. On Tuesdays for some reason most of the restaurants in Boppard are closed. Severus was open and fully booked but luckily they found me a place. Staff is nice, especially the waitress-girl.

We will only recommend this restaurant! The food was great, plentiful and the service was fun and extremely friendly! We did not just get full, it was a lot of fun! Should anyone ever ask me where in Boppard food and drink, I'll call him this address! This place is one of my favorites! Oh, by the way, this inn also has a great structural ambience! In immediate proximity to the bank of the Rhine lies this beautiful restaurant. We had a place in the alley, in the outdoor area. The staff was very friendly. We had steak, Schnitzel and a wine from the area - everything from food to wine was impeccable. If we are in the area again, we will gladly come back! Earned 5 stars!

One of the best traditional German restaurants in the Rhine valley.

A fabulous German restaurant with a multifarious dish that cooks German dishes but is lightly drunk by the Italian cuisine, making you a gourmet meal. The staff is smiling constantly and willing to cope with the needs of the customer. The only negative was that you were only moderate.

A few steps from the banks of the Rhine, this friendly restaurant is located in a shady lane. The friendly and attentive service leaves nothing to be desired. The fine selection of food and drinks, especially from local wines is perfectly adequate, the food is not only creative and tasty but also visually a treat. Definitely we will come again.

We were there for the first time. The menu is very clear but also very convincing. All food was delicious and prepared very appetizing. Since we were in the ramen of a larger group, we got to know different dishes and we were all thrilled. The service convinces by friendliness. If we stay in Boppard again, we will certainly return there.

We were a group of 23 cyclists who had a wonderful evening in this quaint, traditional German Restaurant. We had made advance reservations as it had excellent reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. Given the size of our group, 11 kids & vegetarians included, we pretty much went through the menu - possibly the best food during the trip. Beer & wine were also very good. Service was excellent & very helpful staff given our limited understanding of German. We all felt that the food was great & a great enjoyable evening

The establishment specializes in local Rhine cuisine, but there were no free tables. While we went for a walk around the town and came back in half an hour, then luck smiled - someone in the street booked a ticket on the street. They ordered half-dry white local Riesling from late-collection grapes, baked eggplants, goulash soup, pork medallions and tafelspitz -cooked beef with apple puree and horseradish, broth and green beans, Arina chicken breast. Portions are huge, everything is delicious. Check = 63 euros.

Delicious food, the cordon bleu was amazing. We went back a second time because we enjoyed it so much. Big portion sizes and reasonably priced. Not surprised that is it the best restaurant in the city. We didn't reserve a table and were lucky enough to be seated, however it is advisable to reserve in advance to not be disappointed.

Bottom line: great food and great value for money. We passed by this place when it was full. Looking at the plates of delicious food we realized we have to come back! A few days later we reserved a table for 4 and finally were able to try it out. The food was very good and tasty. Service was nice. My parents are very picky about food and they had a great time. Notes for improvement: there are way...way too many flies flying around in the outdoor seating area. Owner should do something about it.

Nice service, pleasant staff, yummy food! The only bad thing I could say is that the spare ribs were tiny bit dry, but overall it didn't effect my great experience

Very bad service. Didn't help us at all. Only said it's full inside so we went outside. Then the waiter came and said you can't sit here, nothing more. Pretty bad service. After that we had to leave and some locals came afterwords. No sign of reservation. It was clear discrimination. Do not recommend for foreigners.

Can only join me. In a nice side street, in summer you can sit outside. Prices are ok. Food was very tasty, selection of drinks was very large. Tastes good.

The dishes are very nice. Even simple salad is very delicious with sauce. As a good chef, not only cooking but also selecting fresh food is important, the tomato in the salad is very sweet. Only the herb soup is too salty for us, I am not sure if it’s normal German taste or our taste is too light, although the herb soup smell very aromatic. Also the price is very reasonable.
